Shipping

• We facilitate all our clients to exchange their purchased articles, provided they have made the purchase in Pakistan.
• Orders are processed within 24 hours and are generally scheduled for delivery the following working day once the order is confirmed.
• Timely delivery is subject to availability of stocks and payment authorizations.
• Filly provides free shipping across Pakistan on orders above PKR 3000/-
• Orders less than PKR 3000/- will be charged a flat shipping rate of PKR 200/- across all Pakistan.

Delivery

• Actual delivery time is 3-5 working days for the orders placed nationwide.
• Our delivery agents will make two attempts to deliver a parcel, if it is not received the order will be marked as cancelled.
